Difficult things while moving
Wherever a person is living, he does not have everything in use in his home. Sometimes he does not even remember what a tiny place is hiding in his maybe store room. These are the things, whether tiny or huge those are visible when someone starts packing a plan to move with him. Small things, including brushes, medical boxes, etc. can be easy to move as they can easily get packed. While large things, including furniture that cannot bear any scratch to look elegant, is hardest to move. These things neither can be dragged to a new place nor can be carried in the arms all alone.
- Furniture of a bedroom, living room, drawing room, kitchen, etc
- Large Decoration pieces
- Aquarium/terrariums
- Piano table
- Electronics (washing machine, microwave oven, cooking ranges, refrigerators, LCD)
- Kitchen items
- Plants
- Pets
- Artwork, wall paintings/drawings
- Books
- Gym accessories
Furniture
It is among those difficult items that are harder to move. They cannot get packed inside a paper carton and cannot be just taken into arms of a common man. Moving furniture from one place to the other requires professional help. This is most of the time offered by many companies doing business in this field. Skilled packing of Professionals, however, starts from disassembling the parts of the bed, etc. covering up with sheets around the dissembled parts to protect them with scratches is the next step. The third step would be to hold nuts and other tools that help in remaining assembled in a designated box for each room. Even after dissembling, parts are huge and require a much-focused lift and power to get moved.
Decoration pieces
Decoration pieces give new life to a lace with its elegance and grace depending onto the choice of the buyer. While moving into the other place, these can be easily broken because of their sensitivity especially if of crystal, etc. these should carefully be packed in a carton that fits according to the size of the decoration piece itself. Importantly, a sticky note, etc. should be paste outside of packed carton defining that what is inside it. Otherwise, there are high chances of it to get misplaced and broken if not lifted with care.
Aquarium/ terrarium
These are harder to move as the fish/snakes/other reptiles etc. do not adjust easily to a new place. Moreover packing them can be the most difficult task. They are put in mobile carriers in which oxygen/water/enough space should be ensured. While moving the aquarium to a new place, varying temperatures should never be ignored. As far as the reptiles snakes etc. are concerned, make sure that they do not escape and harm. Water plants can also be taken care of the tips provided to move fish.
Piano table
Music items including guitars, drums, and piano table, etc. pose a tough time while moving. Pianos are huge, heavy and are designed in a way that is most difficult to carry. Professional piano movers actually use a crane to lift it. And if it is a building with a small entrance and exits, the piano is usually taken from a window. Other musical instruments also require extreme care while moving. If even a tiny part is broken, it does not work properly again until fixed. And the latter can be extremely difficult if you do not have deep know-how fix it. Gym accessories can also be mentioned here, as they require some attention. Tips for moving them are also to disassemble as much as possible first and then reassemble at a new place.
Electronics
People, most of the time, prefer these things to move in with them because the new ones simply can cost you a lot. In case of a refrigerator, unplugging first and then taping its doors to avoid it to open can be initial tips. While moving a refrigerator should not carry things inside it and keep in a vertical standing position in the loader to avoid inconveniences. The same care is required with machines, a spinner, etc. as far as LCD is concerned, and it should be loaded in the horizontal position with a glass screen to the upper front. It should be carefully packed in a suitable carton or with cardboards.
Kitchen items
These are more dangerous to move as ca hurt a carrier all of a sudden. Knives, crystal glasses, plastic crockery, etc. should be packed in different cartons according to the type of stuff. Kitchen stuff requires packing of each plate, bowl, glass, etc. these things cannot just simply be put over each other with no extra care. Any simple resistance of travelling can break away these things. Secondly, sharp objects like knives, cutters, forks, etc. should either be covered with their lids or double wrapped from the dangerous sides.
Plants and pets
Plants are the beauty of the home and cannot be moved easily. Just as mentioned above in the case of the aquarium, etc., plants first require climatic condition care. In extreme weather conditions both summers and winters, suitable packing while in the way is necessary. Before even packing, plants should be watered extra. After wearing, wait for absorption should be the priority. Pets, however, should b taken in your own vehicle and not with the paid service vehicle. Their home, pot, etc. are the things that should be taken as it is unless they get adjusted. This is basically the extreme care and attention that ensure the successful moving of these sensitive things. Otherwise, these objects can simply dry out, broken and damaged in a way that can never be prepared. So it is better to plan and move with extreme care than to regret later.
Artwork/paintings/books etc
3-4 paintings can easily be placed inside a box. These can be covered up with the layers of packing, including cardboards among them. A bubble packing and soft sheet, cushions to avoid glass to break is the other vital step. For books, a large hard carton is the best option.
Conclusion
Moving into a new place happens with every person at least once in a lifetime. This requires proper planning, packing and extreme care with the things. Professional movers in this help a lot in saving time and money both. Personally, this requires the least stress, easy suits, patience, energy, and organization.
