Commercial Fencing Isn't Just About Prisons

When we think of security fencing, most of us think of the vast and intimidating chain-link fences topped with barbed wire that we have seen encircling prisons on television or the tall, almost forbidding palisade fencing we see around secured parking garages or apartment complexes or zoos.  The truth is that security fencing Perth can be found in a lot of other places as well, places we do not usually think of.

In and around schools, especially elementary schools, there are lots of examples of security fencing Western Australia.  The playgrounds are surrounded by chainmesh fencing that keep all the precious little children from running into the street after their playthings.  In middle schools, batting cages and cricket nets are made from good solid link mesh fencing.  And, around the bleachers at the high school sports fields, we can see garrison fencing that shows the outer boundary of the field not to mention the soccer nets, cricket nets, and batting cages that are all made with various styles of chainmesh fencing.

Another place you are likely to see security fencing is around cemeteries and, often times, this fencing is in the style of garrison fencing, or palisade fencing.  Sometimes, the security fencing Perth found at cemeteries is in the style of chainmesh fencing but, usually, the look of garrison fencing is more appropriate for the atmosphere, if you will, and many cemeteries predate the creation of chainmesh fencing or link mesh fencing.

Even the chainmesh fencing around private homes is a form of security fencing Western Australia if you think about it, just without the barbed wire along the top and not usually as tall either.  And, many homes and businesses use link mesh fencing around their garbage cans and dumpsters too – this keeps animals out of the garbage.   Many fancier homes or older homes are enclosed in nice palisade fencing.  Like I said, there are forms of security fencing everywhere if you just open your eyes and look around.

Here is another place you don't think about having security fencing:  dog kennels and animal shelters!  Many kennels are built from chainmesh fencing – it is a good material for kennels because it is sturdy enough to withstand the rowdiest dog while still being open-air enough that the dogs can breathe and stay cool.  These link mesh fencing kennels also protect people from potentially vicious animals.  Many animal shelters use link mesh fencing to enclose their exercise yards as well – this protects the animals in many ways – it keeps animals from running into traffic and helps keep people out that might intend harm to the animals.

As you can see here, security fencing Western Australia can be found in any number of places – not just around prisons and secured amenities.  If you think about it a bit, I bet you can come up with all kinds of other places (not mentioned here) where security fencing is at work keeping things secure!
