How to get in there?
If you want to travel by air, take a flight from Delhi or Varanasi to Khajuraho and then drive straight to Tala Park entrance which takes approximately 8 hours to reach. To reach Bandhavgarh by train, the nearest railhead to Bandhavgarh is Umaria, which takes approximately 40 minutes to reach the wildlife reserve.
Best time to visit
The months of October to June are observed to be the best time to visit Bandhavgarh National Park. During winters the climate remains pleasant and moderate which is perfect for exploring the wildlife reserve. Bandhavgarh National Park remains closed during the monsoon season (July to September).
