How to Set up Amazon Alexa Echo?

Amazon Echo Alexa Setup via Windows Platform
You can also install your Alexa Echo on any of your desktop or laptop running Windows and set it up in a few minutes. Some computer devices come with per-installed Alexa app. You can check if your PC already has an Alexa app or not. If not, follow the steps given below:
- Download & Install the Alexa app.
- Once the Alexa is installed, set the preferred language as per your convenience.
- Now you will be prompted to log in to Amazon account.
- Enter the Amazon Alexa login credentials.
- Now all you need to activate app sounds and permit the Alexa app to launch when you log in with your desktop to complete the setup procedure.
- Ensure that your Amazon Echo device is connected to the WiFi network. Once the WiFi connection is successfully established. A message will pop-up on the screen stating that “setup completed, your device is now connected to Wi-Fi.”
Note: If the setup does not start automatically, press and hold the “Action” button until the light ring turns in to orange. Now open the Alexa application, visit the Menu and choose Alexa devices and tap on Add Alexa device.

If you are not using Windows 10, you can't get Alexa app, but you can use the Alexa app in the browser of your MAC desktop or laptop.
