Foiling is a hair lightening technique similar to balayage, but it differs in significant ways. Why usefoils? It conducts heat better than open air or plastic film, allowing the product to penetrate deeper into the hair and keeping treated and untreated hair separate. Overall, this results in a more intense look.

There are many different types of hair clips, and they all serve different purposes. The most popular type is the bobby pin clip that is used for a more temporary fix because it can be easily removed if needed.
French pins, barrettes, and headbands are other types of hair clips that are available. Hair pins are another popular hairstyle accessory as well, but these require more time to put on because they need to be threaded through your hair.
3. Microbobs and bob haircuts
A microbob is a short, layered haircut that is fit for every face shape. The idea behind the microbob hairstyle is to lighten up the face.
Microbobs are created with layers that range from two inches to four inches long. In contrast, the layers on a bob haircut may not be as long as the ones in a microbob haircut.
